Do you accept returns?

1. Made-to-Order Products:

Due to the made-to-order nature of our custom products, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once the production process has commenced.

2. Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for earrings due to a change of mind. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about our earrings before placing your order.

3. Quality Assurance:

We thoroughly check your order before it is sent to you and package it carefully to ensure that you receive your items in perfect condition. However, sometimes things can go wrong in the delivery process and in the event that your order arrives damaged or is not in good condition, please contact us within 48 hours via email at hello@lbengraving.com or through the contact form on our website. To expedite the process, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective items.

6. Refund or Replacement:

Upon reviewing the provided information and confirming the issue, we will work with you to either arrange for a refund or send a replacement item. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
